Ellive pure extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity and intense fruity taste of unripe olive fruit, unique quality.
The Εllive Premium pure extra virgin oil, is single-varietal of the Koroneiki variety and it is produced from our certified olive trees, which grow in the wider area of Ancient Olympia.
We collect the olives by hand, in early October, when the fruit is still unripe and green, and cold pressing follows on the same day at a temperature below 25°C, preserving all the nutrients and its characteristic fruity taste.
We store the extra virgin olive oil in perfectly controlled conditions, in suitable tanks, in a cool and dark place. Then we bottle it in standardized olive oil bottling under high requirements and it remains unchanged for a long time preserving its rich taste and its excellent organoleptic characteristics.
It differs
It differs for its golden color, it's aroma and its characteristic fruity taste with slight bitterness and a strong spicy aftertaste that leaves a pleasant light burn of short duration in the esophagus.

Use it raw in salads, boiled greens or vegetables as a dressing in stews. It combines perfectly with fish or meat, inspiring excellent recipes with unexpected flavors.

According to the European Regulation 432/2012 of the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), an olive oil can have the designation of a health claim - which helps the well-being and health - when the polyphenols it contains have a concentration of at least 250 mg per kilogram.
Just 1 tablespoon *20ml Ellive extra virgin olive oil protects our body from the oxidation of blood lipids as it contains over 650 mg/kg of polyphenols.
